Returns and Exchanges

At Nang Voe, we are committed to delivering products that reflect the same care and intention with which they were created. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase made through our website, we’re here to help.

To request a return or exchange, kindly contact us at hello@nangvoe.co.za with a description of the issue, and a few photos within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note the following conditions for returns and exchanges:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in perfect condition. If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us and we will arrange a suitable replacement or refund.

All products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, exactly as received.

Due to the nature of our offerings, used candles or home items cannot be returned, unless deemed faulty.

Returns and exchanges are only valid for online purchases made directly through nangvoe.co.za. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items purchased from third-party stockists.
